Processing times
Signed books are usually prepared and shipped within 2–4 business days. Regular, unsigned books are usually prepared and shipped within 7–10 business days. Processing time is the time before an order ships and does not include the carrier’s delivery time.
We will email tracking information after your order ships. Printing partners, carriers, weather, and holidays may occasionally cause delays.
Returns for regular books
You may request a return of an unused regular book within 30 days after delivery. The book must be returned in its original condition. Contact us before sending the book back so we can provide return instructions. Approved refunds are issued after the returned book is received and inspected.
Signed and personalized books
Signed and personalized books are final sale unless the book arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order reference and, when possible, a photo. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
